LeaseFlorida is a specialized real estate investment firm and the holding company for our subsidiaries. We build, renovate, and operate our own commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, primarily across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County, with select assets across the Southeast. Every property in our portfolio is acquired, developed, leased, and managed in-house.

All assets are held in Single Purpose Entities with no leverage, backed by substantial credit facilities and the staying power to weather recessions.

4+ years in commercial real estate, with $10M+ in leasing volume closed, focused on leasing and repositioning assets owned by LeaseFlorida, operating from an owner's perspective rather than a transactional brokerage model. Fills vacancies, structures new leases, and aligns tenant placement with long-term asset strategy across the commercial portfolio.

Because the work is on owned assets, the approach is practical and execution-driven: hands-on with pricing strategy, tenant selection, negotiations, and deal structure, placing businesses that strengthen the property and perform over time, not signing leases for activity.

Selectively works with outside owners and investors on commercial leasing, Opportunity Zone equity acquisitions, hard money loan transactions, and triple-net (NNN) investment acquisitions when there is clear strategic alignment. Disciplined, owner-minded approach to commercial real estate: clarity, discretion, and long-term value in every transaction.
