LEASEFLORIDA MANAGER LLC does business as “Lease Florida.” By using our Site, submitting a form, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from LEASEFLORIDA MANAGER LLC related to tour scheduling confirmations, property package delivery, inquiry responses, listing availability updates, and tenant maintenance and billing communications.
How to Opt In (each method is separate and voluntary; consent for one does not enroll you in the others):
– Web Form: Submit the contact form at leaseflorida.com/contact and check the unchecked SMS consent box. The phone number field is optional; submitting the form without checking the SMS box completes your inquiry without enrolling you in SMS.
– IVR Verbal Consent: When you call 305-827-8373, our IVR may offer to enroll you in SMS for tour confirmations and inquiry responses. You may press 1 to consent or stay on the line to decline.
– Keyword Opt-In: Text JOIN to our published number. Other accepted opt-in keywords: START, OPTIN, IN.
After opt-in, you will receive an immediate confirmation message that includes the program name, message frequency disclosure, “Msg & data rates may apply,” and instructions for HELP and STOP.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Other accepted opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, HALT, CANCEL.

4. No Real Estate Agency Relationship
